Accredited Practising Dietitian
BNutrDiet (Hons)
Since graduating from a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics (with Honours) from Monash University, I have gained years of experience in a wide variety of settings including clinical nutrition and private practise.
I have previously held the role of clinical gastrointestinal dietitian at a major public hospital, where I worked closely with specialist doctors and cared for both complex inpatients and outpatients for many years. I have also worked within hospital surgical units, ICU, oncology, cardiology and stroke/neurology.
Through my clinical experience, I developed a strong interest in gastrointestinal nutrition, thus began my journey in the private setting, working for various specialist gastroenterologists in the eastern suburbs and continuing to care for clients with a range of digestive disorders.
I am passionate about translating evidenced-based nutrition science into practical advice. I will always strive to provide a relaxed, non-judgemental and supportive environment for my clients and utilise individualised, client-centred counselling skills to achieve results.
I work very closely with clients to create positive relationships with food as well as empowering you to make healthy, sustainable food and lifestyle changes long term.
When not working, you will find me spending time with my friends and family (including my two adorable labradoodles), doing pilates, listening to podcasts and going to the beach!
